Our Boat ⛵️

As presented on the previous page, foils perform two main functions (lift and counter-heel). Our goal is to remove from the water all the functions that can be removed.

1. Lift through ground effect

The fins and long arms generate lift (like the wings of an airplane), thanks to the ground effect, thus limiting friction.

2. Anti-Heeling with opposing double sails

The double sails, by their orientations, generate opposing forces which stabilize the boat by keeping it straight.

3. Anti-Drift Plan combined with the rudder

The daggerboard cannot be replaced, so we keep it. This daggerboard also functions as a rudder, thanks to its forward/backward movement.

By combining these innovations, the sailboat is optimized to achieve record speeds while minimizing the limitations related to submerged elements.
